RETURN  POLICY

Hey!  Your item didn't work out?  That's okay!  We understand.  Here's the deal with our return policy.  We are willing to work with you, we just need you to work with us, too!  Just please follow these guidelines when wanting to return an item!

To start the return process you must send us an email at returns.midmotrends@gmail.com.  You must contact us within 7 days of the DELIVERY DATE, PURCHASE DATE or PICK UP DATE.  In your email please include your first and last name, if you purchased the item online or in store, the product you are returning and any additional information that may be necessary.  From there we will walk you through the return process.   You must have the item returned within 14 days of DELIVERY DATE, PURCHASE DATE or PICK UP DATE.  No exceptions.  

* We examine all products before we ship out but we are human, and sometimes we miss stuff!  If you receive an item that is damaged PLEASE contact us ASAP via email at returns.midmotrends@gmail.com.  The quicker you are able to report an issue the easier it is for us to help you!! :) (Same rule applies, you must contact us within the 7 Day timeframe or we will be unable to help you.)

REFUNDS:  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after Mid Mo Trends examines your return and finds that all requirements to return an item have been met. 

The following items will NOT be accepted as returns:

- Worn, Washed & or Dried items will not be accepted as a return. Yes, we can tell when things have been washed, worn &or dried.  

(We all know the dryer shrinks things, that's why we hang dry everrrythingggg!!!)

- If your item smells like (or shows evidence of) it has been in a smoke or pet-friendly home we will not be able to give you a return.  (This is at Mid Mo Trends' discretion and decision.  Period.)

*If any of these rejected return items apply to you, we are able to

ship the item back to you at your expense if you so do wish. 

 GIFTS: If your item was a gift please contact us at returns.midmotrends@gmail.com and put GIFT in the subject line

 

NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you do not reach out to Mid Mo Trends at returns.midmotrends@gmail.com within the 7 days of DELIVERY/PICK UP DATE we will not be able to process your return.  If your item is not returned within the allotted 14 day time period we will not be able to process your return. 

EXCHANGES:  Exact Same As the Return Policy.  Please title your email in the subject line as EXCHANGE and let us know what we can exchange the item for.  From there we will work with you on getting a different size or product.  If there is a difference in price we will either charge you the difference or refund what we owe you.  Again, if you work with us we are more than willing to work with you!   

We just have to follow the return policy.  Period.  No exceptions.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Unfortunately we are unable to provide international delivery at this time :(  We are only able to ship throughout the United States as of right now.  

 

How do I return an item?

What is a business day?

A business day is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding all holidays that may land on that days listed above).  

* If Mid Mo Trends is closed or on vacation we will let our awesome customers know via social media!  See our links below to keep up with all the things.  

What do I do if an item shrunk when I washed it?

We have no way to know if when you washed the items you followed the care instructions.  Due to this fact, once an item has been washed it is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

* Mid Mo Trends recommends following all care instructions listed on the clothing item's tag and

hang drying everything. 

How do I track my order?

 

You will be sent an email with all of your tracking information! 

 

What are your delivery options?

How do I know that Mid Mo Trends received my order?

 

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation email (don't panic!), first check your spam/junk mail, and be sure that Mid Mo Trends is in your email contact list.  If you still don't see a confirmation email send us an email at midmotrends@gmail.com

 

My package was stolen,

what should I do?

 

Mid Mo Trends is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We recommend contacting FedEx, your local delivery service, and/or your local authorities. 

 

Can I return SALE items?

 

Sorry, we are unable to return any items that were purchased on sale.  All sale items are considered

FINAL SALE.
